www.najewitz-modellbau.de Also has some very nice buildings a little difficult to assemble but great looking.

Ooh , now those look the biz ... Will be having some of those large city type one.. Even better with pound rising against the euro ..

Thanks all. Had an enjoyable hour mooching through the t'interweb looking at stuff, a few orders placed, and some requests for commission quotes made.

But keep em coming if you have any more.

That's a really nice piece.

Do you have the catalogue numbers for the sets?

Darrell.

The goats and shepherd are by Bicorne
http://www.bicorne.net/acatalog/BIC-CE014---Shepherd-with-flock-of-sheep---goats-with-dog-663.html#SID=171

I think the villager was part of the Oasis set , or possibly the villages sets
http://www.bicorne.net/acatalog/Colonial--p1.html

James the new owner for Bicorne/Connoissuer has switched over to a new website now at least, and is intending to add more pictures! which would be helpful!

The Hovels piece is Sudanese Thatched hut H38

Thanks, another set I have to order then!  :D

I don't think the shepherd looks that great (not my kind of sculpting) but I could convert one from the Perry plastics quite easily I think/hope.

There have been some pictures of these on another thread last year. They really look nice. The last time the owner, can't remember his name unfortunately, posted he said he was going to make some city walls to go with these, but unfortunately nothing has appeared on his website I see.

I quite like those MDF buildings though I'd probably take a Dremel and file the edges of the buildings to  render (bad pun) the edges for a more worn look.

I use sandpaper.

Sorry, I should have been more specific, I wasn't really referring to the surfaces, i was thinking more of the actual sharpish edges of the corners and tops of the Adobe buildings.

Of course, a bit of a sanding would be welcome too  :)

Darrell.
