Wonderful stuff again RJ. The sheepskin and the Sterling SMG are beautifully, subtly done. Lovely painting.

Great painting, that first spy looks so haggard I know some of that is the sculpting but your paint job really brings out the expression, well done

I like the slightly dark and subdued tone in the color. Excellent work. Only the lady's face looks a little worn out. The contrasts are too harsh for my taste. But then again these photos are extreme close-ups, so it might look differently on the model during the game. (Am I being too picky here? No offence intended...).

No offence taken doomhippie  :)

I dont really paint many female minis so i am still working on more subtle flesh tones. Im still happy with the results and im glad how the mini turned out on a whole.

The guy on the far left was great fun to paint. His face was so full of detail it almost painted itself!

Thanks for all the comments you guys

I know just how you feel! After many years I tend to use minimal highlights or better start out with an already fairly bright color as the base color for women's skin. I don't really higlight the eyebrow region in any other way than the forehead. That way no wrinkles appear... Yes, I know it's sexist but I like them smooth.  ;)

One tip maybe: use a tiny little bit of red in your skin color for the lips. It makes a huge difference.
