New Las Vegas Wargaming Club?

I'm resident in LV about 9 months of the year and I'm considering starting a wargaming club. I have an unused industrial property that would be an easy convert into a pretty luxe gaming environment. If anyone's interested please hit me up, over 21 preferred since alcohol will be on premises. My tastes run from Ancients through the more obscure zones of the early 20th century, but I'm open to all periods/areas of interest.

I'm in North Las Vegas from from July through April, the club property is out on Cheyenne. Needs a few weeks work but it had a lot of potential. Looking to get the club running by midOctober.

Cheyenne is a bit of a trip for me but it would be worth it to have a solid game club.
