Can anyone let me know how late in the war the limber could be used for with the uniforms that the mini's are wearing?

Also, how long were these limber continued to be used?

The limbers were used throughout the war. Steel helmets were issued in 1916 but these limbers operated in rear areas, not near the front lines. It is not uncommon to see photos of men behind the lines wearing soft caps if the sector was 'quiet'.
