Avolak do some leng men,  but their website is a bit dodgy on a mobile device!

Foundry have satyrs etc in their Greek myths line.
How about Reaper?
Or maybe Minifigs in their Valley of the 4 Winds range (there used to be an assortment of odd stuff there)
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

I must recommend Avolak. Their website is ..... well ....  ;D But if you write to them they will send you an email and you can order via paypal.

I recently bought three of their ghouls and the non-nazi-from-non-Hellboy and their quality is great. I also bought the tomb set and the circle.

Might GW Ungors work?  The old metal ones have a kind of impish feel, though I don't know how easy it is to get a hold of them these days.  The plastic ones might be OK, too, though they don't have the evil smiles many of the metal ones do.
Now what is this whole life of mortals but a sort of comedy, in which the various actors, disguised by various costumes and masks, walk on and play each one his part, until the manager waves them off the stage?

Gangleri's tip is a hot one !

I use the old Games Workshop Metal Ungor, with most of them head-swapped using humanoid horned or turbaned heads from my spare heads collection.

They are just perfect, I think.  I'll try to get a photograph of 'em.

The newer, plastic Ungor are much too "busy" with extraneous equipment and detail for my taste.
