Frodo: looks like he should've died, if not for a bit of Deus Ex. Maybe he put on The One Ring after all.

Gonna make things a bit dicey for book three!

Well that's wargames for you, soon things go the other way (excepting historical games where one side has got nummerical supperiority and same weapons -Waterloo anyone?-)
