Nostalgia Trip - Tiger Riders - can you identify?

My old mate Pete Taylor called round today and dropped off three big boxes of old stuff, mainly unpainted 80's bits and bobs (probably hitting a bazaar near you soon) but also things like these.

Showing their age a little and the spearheads need re-attaching but not looking too bad for paint jobs from nearly 30 years ago - they were the mutts back then.  Neither of us can recall who made them though, anybody able to identify them?

First dibs on the 80's stuff.   

Wow! Those paint jobs still stand out, although basing has moved on a bit since, they wouldn't look out of place on a gaming table today.

I've got absolutely no idea who made them, but I like them.

These are Mon-Oger tiger riders from Standard Games, I think. I had one or two in my youth and recently found most of one of the foot Mon-Ogers. I think there was an associated game, but I forget what it was.
