Figures in ponchos or similar garments?

Such a universal garment, the poncho. I'd like to find some 28mm figures wearing them so I can convert them for various purposes (multiple settings/genres/periods, hence my posting this in the General Wargames forum). Preferably in fairly generic standy-abouty or walky-aroundy poses, with the poncho covering most of the body. Any suggestions?

I couldn't easily convert this figure to suit other settings, so it's not much use to me.

It's crossed my mind that Old West Mexicans might be a good source for poncho-wearing figures, but Old West miniatures ranges aren't my strong suit so I was hoping to have specific ranges or figures suggested to me. Thanks for the suggestions so far!

What I'm really after, is the sort of long, baggy ponchos that cover most of the body, or at least the upper body including the arms, like these:

There's late war WW2 Germans with ... hmmm ... it was a piece of uniform that was basically a waterproof poncho that could double into a small rainproof shelter, but I don't remember the German word for it.

Yep those German types wear a nice poncho.

A poncho or cape is actually one of the few garments that is fairly easy to build yourself. I am really poor at these things but I managed to do one using the kind of thin metal foil you typically find on top of a champagne bottle. Very easy to form and work with.

My experience is rather different. On numerous occasions I've tried to sculpt flowing fabrics (capes, ponchos, robes) out of Green Stuff or ProCreate, and the results have never been satisfactory. I've never tried metal foil but I have tried PVA-hardened silk which I expect is much the same. The figure in my avatar is a Bronze Age generic wearing a poncho/robe-style garment of PVA-hardened silk. It looks alright around the shoulders but much of the rest of the figure is a mess.

I may still give sculpting another try. What I haven't done in the past is "block in" the empty space underneath the poncho with putty before adding a top layer of additional putty and sculpting folds into it like professional sculptors do, but I still doubt I can make the folds on the outside look natural. I've heard from professional sculptors that the folds on flowing fabrics are deceptively difficult to get right, and my own experiences correspond with that observation.
