Well, a hovertank and a hover APC. These have been called Hovertanks for people who hate hovertanks. :-)

Thanks -- thought that after two years I should release them. :-)

Hmm, add 20mm scale hatches to that and you got yourself a light tank and a recce carrier. Tempted!

I'd go as far to say that these are the best hover tanks out there... but in the wrong scale :( .

I'd love those APCs for my Squat army but I doubt they'd be released in 28mm so I'm just a little bit gutted :(

Actually I have plans to release all of my 15mm tanks in both 6mm and 28mm.

Problem is, no one buys them.

The only 28mm vehicle I make that sells semi-regularly is he Caiman. Polecat sells occasionally, Sabre very rarely. I released the 28mm version of the Red Banner  about three weeks ago and didn't sell one of them. So cranking them out in 28mm, which is hugely expensive and nets little or no return, is not a high priority. :-D

I can understand that.

The Caiman sells because of what it is inspired by.

The Polecat is a nice little vehicle but the details that look good in 15mm look blocky in 28mm so they are an aquired taste.

The Red Banner tank is a thing of beauty... and I can't understand why the treadheads haven't snapped them up :(

These hover vehicles look like their details would translate nicely in 28mm (they are not too 'gribbly') but I guess the economics need to be taken into account so as disappointing as it is, I can accept that they may never get a 28mm translation :(

I will definitely release them. When I started making 15mm SF GZG was pretty much the only game in town, maybe with a few other offerings. Critical Mass and I came in as a second wave and the scale, long scoffed at, got a second look. It's at the point now where I think it's becoming oversaturated, TBH, so rather than releasing many more new vehicles I'll be making the existing vehicles in different scales. So these are definite. But when becomes a question. I've found the 6mm versions are actually more warmly received than the 28mm.
