A meeting with Mr Darcy
« on: January 09, 2016, 05:29:17 PM »
I stepped out of my usual medieval period, to create a model for my wife at Christmas as she's always been a Jane Austen fan.
These are Front Rank civilians (with hounds sniffing out the mice are my own castings), who seem to be useful to create a "We had a chance encounter with Mr Dacry on the bridleway to Pemberley" scenario.
Afraid some of the subtle layers I achieved on the ladies' dresses has been lost on my iphone picture.
Simon.

Nice work I didn't know FR had civilians
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

Gorgeous. How to make your other half convinced that this really is a great hobby (if they weren't already).

That is sensationally good. One of the best vignettes I've seen on LAF. Kudos!

Great stuff.  Next year you should present her with the Pride, Prejudice and Zombies version.
