19th Century train Station Scratch built 28mm

Thought that our crew was in need of one, it can be used from the good old days of cowboys to the Russian civil war, took 3 days to build, not happy with it as i need to put a mistake right otherwise it seems ok.

That's a handsome model building. Rustic but solid looking. Very evocative - and as you say, useful for all sorts of settings from Old West to Back of Beyond.

Just one point - I don't think they had trains in the C18th

Very evocative. I like the rustic look. Some of the better constructed wooden buildings in Siberia sported some interesting architectural details with planking in various decorative arrangements and heavy framed windows. My 15mm model of 'Nowhere' is a generic station painted in traditional Siberian sky blue and white

You know what sukhe bator you are right and i just began a Russian wooden fort just because of the architectural designs, going to be 6ft long and strange designs, done 2ft of it already.

centuries are always in arrears, that is 0-100 = 1st century, 1800-1899 = 19th
so 1851 is 19th century

Nice station but in North America that's probably Canada, maybe farthest north USA.

And, hey, they did have trains in the 18th century - most armies had them.  Supply trains.
