Looking at the blog linked to it states

"And some jägers for the Landwehr, in this base there is just one miniature since in Lasalle the landwehr has a skirmisher value of 1 (unlike the more common of 2)"

Great work I've always liked those figures.

That's it a skirmisher base, curious that nobody remarked that the flag with the letters really belongs to reserve infantry and not regular infantry. A refreshing change from the puritans at TMP   .
