Sudan - Mahdist War 1888, or Battle of the River Bank

Something a little different on the table for 2016, Mahdist War 1888, or Battle of the River Bank using 28mm figures and Black Powder.

Egyptian bacon?!
The laws of probability do not apply to my dice in wargames or to my finesses in bridge.

And Scottish! I got into the other room with my camera just as the Scots broke on the left flank of the British/Egyptian left!

Great looking game and it nearly dragged me away from our Haggis Rampant campaign!!

Argh! Tempt me not! I'd give my right arm to be playing but I've  got an 'important' game of the Haggis variety to play next week!  :'( :'(

Wonder if they will give me time off?  lol

Great looking game. Never played Blackpowder though. I'm a hard core Sword & the Flame man myself. Been playing it since it was first written. Still I love seeing a great looking colonial game.

YOUR GAME LOOKS FANTASTIC... THE MINIATURES ARE GREAT. [I have not played this set of rules yet. Is it too complicated?]

And now, part two of the Battle in the Sudan.  Can the British hold on, or will the Mahdists overrun their lines?
