WW I German softskins
« on: December 21, 2008, 11:30:45 AM »
Does anyone know whether anyone makes a 1/56 or 1/48 Daimler Marienfelde ALZ 13 or Daimler Marienwagen II?  There's lots of 1/56 allied softskin stuff about, but nothing German as far as I know.

They were all drawn to the Keep; the soldiers who brought death; the father and daughter fighting for life; the people who have always feared it; and the one man who knows its secret....

Oh, I´d want one! No, two, one to use as a troop carrier/truck, one to build the improvised tank version from!

Sadly, I only know of the Reviresco 1/76th scale model. Looks nice, but alas, tiny, tiny as they come.

Well I have lots of pictures, but no plans and given that the Germans don't appear to have had any other halftracks in service until the mid to late 30s it would certainly be useful - would go well with the BMW Dixi scout cars I am about to convert.
