Meeplemart pretty much the only one, but they're quite huge for a minis store at least. There's some others, much further outside of downtown (Titan Games, Duelling Grounds, etc.), but none of them have anything all that fantastic to recommend, being typical game stores mainly selling card games, but with some GW, Warmahordes, and a few other minis games (Titan Games does a fair bit of Infinity, for instance).
I can't say I'm a huge fan of Meeplemart. My experience with their staff has been pretty mixed. Some seem to be affronted that you'd ask about availability on basic stock, like common paints (something they seem to be embarrassingly unable to stock properly, in spite of their size and client base), and others have been downright rude about everything. But there's some nice enough fellows too. They haven't put me off so badly that I refuse to shop there, but they
are my local retailer of last resort, in spite of their low prices. It's certainly worth at least one visit though - they're pretty much the only store I've heard of that actually stocks a lot of obscure miniatures lines you'd normally expect to only ever order online.
Also, it's not a miniatures store, but you may wish to visit Wheels & Wings hobbies on Danforth. They are one of the last few truly old-style model kit shops anywhere in the country and have two floors just crammed full of model kits and parts, as well as a large selection of paints and tools. Very easy to find something useful for a miniatures project there too (apart from actual miniatures, that is

)
