Papa, did you catch the BBC adaption of Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell? There was a wonderful resurrection scene in it.

My other half bought me the DVD set. That was an excellent scene and provided more than a little inspiration. I also enjoyed Waterloo ( with the huge muddy fist). Shame it was only a mini series.

  • Once bought, must be painted.
This post has given me some great ideas to make some fantasy zombies. Thank you for showing your works.

Absolutely brilliant work. Stunning paint jobs. Looking forward to seeing what your gaming table and an AAR look like once you get that far. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work.

Victory is guaranteed to the last man standing, but always remember those whom you stepped on to get there!!

Everyone knows the 5th zombi hussars had green and yellow piping on their pelisse. Very cool, any plans on doing Russian zombies? You don't want to descriminate.

I believe that the green and yellow piping was only pre 1812......    lol
I was looking at doing some Russians using Perry plastics but the poses are very limited and would take a lot of work to suitably zombifi them. I might get some Russian peasants for a random encounter as well as some Cossacks for some "Human" enemies.
Just completed some buildings which I will post shortly.

Have you thought of converting the plastic French into Russian zombies? Use French bodies with Russian heads, and green stuff a blanket roll across the body to hide the French lapels, carve off any obvious French details and replace with Russian details, then paint appropriately, probably not good enough if used as living Russians in a bean counters army, but would look good as Russian zombies.
