I got a close look at these today and was very impressed with the Afghans. The faces have a lot of character, their animation is good, and the moulding and casting has been cleverly thought out so that shields or the arms of certain poses do not have to be done separately.
I'm not collecting 1st AW British (yet...

) so these were not of so much interest to me but I noticed lots of character in the faces and posing also. The greatcoat covers a multitude of sins, sculpting wise, but I suppose they will be quick to paint!
