So maybe some suggestions for goth or biker chick models that I could swap a weapon or two onto instead? Anyone?

Oh yeah she would definitely work. Removing the sword might be tough but I could leave the handle and convert it into a whip. Thanks!

Thanks to white knight for a very helpful post!

The Boot Hill range is brilliant, but still doesn't seem to include any civilians, so Boot Hill owner Malamute himself seems to use civilians from some of these other manufacturers...

Boot Hill Miniatures are indeed the best and main range.

Other ranges that include useful figures are:
Artizan Designs
Blue Moon Manufacturing
Brigade Games
Pontoonier Miniatures
Perry Miniatures (Carlist war civilians)
Wargames Foundry (peons)
Old Glory Miniatures
Pontoonier Miniatures
Blaze Away Miniatures
1st Corps
Reaper Miniatures

Brigade Games:

Foundry:

Perry:

We don't usually encourage threadomacy, but seeing as how you raised the question, civilians are next on my list including well dressed ladies' gentlemen, peons, a three piece and and a dancer... ;)
