Best 15 mm figures to recreate Mask of Zorro characters?

Title says it, what existing figures would you use in 15 mm to create Zorro, Alejandro, Elena, the Mexican soldiers, the whole gamut, or as much of it as possible?  Ideally, there is some secret range that fits the bill and available - but failing that, who would you use to recreate?

Anachronistic for my purposes (later 1800's time frame, classic Old West) but, what the heck, the name of my main Old West town is Anachronism!
