Kings of War Orc Army Starter Set : Paint Tutorial with the Army Painter

I'll be using this thread to keep track of tutorials I'm writing for new painters to get the Kings of War Orc Army Starter Set. The paints used are the Army Painter Greenskins KoW Paint Set, the brown AP Strong Tone Ink (found in their Starter Paint Set and Quickshade Ink Set), and starter paints (from their Zombicide Core Set, but the same colors as their Starter Paint Set), plus the AP Leather Brown color primer. The tutorials themselves are on BoardGameGeek's KoW forum, since the traffic there is slower.
