WW1/2 Figure ID Help

I thought the figure on the left was a WW2 Russian sniper, but became convinced he wasn't and abandoned painting him. Any ideas?

Figure on the right I've no idea about. He came in an Ebay job lot

Cheers Major. No luck on the Warlord website. Could it have been from the earlier range?

99% sure that the sniper is WW2 US from bolt action, part of the late war Paul Hicks sculpted  infantry that Warlord have discontinued.
Blokey on the right looks like a SCW figure to me. Maybe force of arms?
