Who would 3d sculpt something from a drawing for me?

Wasn't sure whether to post this here or general wargames but here we go....

I'm keen to get a few little items (barrels, cartons, hatches etc) made up for Fogou. I'm going to have to get to grips with 3d modelling for similar add-ons in the future but for now, is anyone on LAF in possession of a decent enough (happy to do some clean-up) printer, who is able to work from a drawing to produce some masters? Or is there a service that provides this? I would rather send the business to someone on LAF, especially if they want to get paid in terrain!
