Looking For Ancient Ruleset

I am looking for ancient ruleset where models matter :-)

I have seen some games of Hail Caesar, however they are based upon bases of models, and you are not removing casualties, which I do not like...

So I am looking for large skirmish/small regimental (up to 100 models per side +/-) for Greece and Roman Warfare. I am great admirer of Lion Rampant, so something like that (yeah and I know about Rampant ancient modifications)

War & Conquest. It has model removal, and is really a spiritual successor to Warhammer Ancient Battles (with many an improvement).
