Old West Building painting
« on: 08 August 2017, 10:58:37 PM »
I have done my first painting of one of my larger Old West Buildings. The building is from Microart Studios (Poland) and although it is designed for 35mm miniatures I will also use it for my 28mm posses. The building will form part of my small but growing Western Town "Dingstown".
Any suggestions for painting improvements are welcome!

I think it looks pretty good!

Like the wallpaper inside, especially.

Thanks! I am happy that you noticed the detail with the wallpapers  :)
I just copied a sample of a wallpaper from the internet and multiplied it with "copy paste" until I had a sheet of paper filled with the wallpaper. Then I printed it out, cut the paper and the holes for door and windows with a scalpel and glued them to the wall before I put the building together.

Very well done and inspiring  :-*
