Wild West Building Tutorial
« on: May 10, 2011, 04:24:56 AM »
Hi all.

As requested by one or two people, I have added a tutorial on building western buildings to my blog: http://colonelotruth.blogspot.com

Hope it's useful.

All the best.

Whilst WW is not something I game I do build stuff sometimes and I must say that your layout is first class, as is your tutorial.

You make it look and sound so easy.  Great tutorial.  I will definitely be bookmarking this one.  8)

D@rth, at the risk of sounding a bit smart-bothered, it is relatively easy. The hardest and most important aspect is patience - taking time to do each little thing properly. In that respect, it's no different to any other aspect of our hobby. The more attention to detail, the better the end result.

But the basic methods are simple...

If anyone has any questions at all about anything I did on my town, please ask - either here or on my blog. I'll be only too happy to elaborate!

When i first saw your work i was really impressed, then i got the feeling that i could probably do it myself, then i read your tutorial and figured i much rather buy a complete kit from you  lol

I need to stop looking at this forum. First I start a zombie table thanks to Commander Vyper, now I have an itching to do Old West. Really good stuff; there are some very talented people in this hobby.
