Wings of Glory meets War of the Worlds; Ares Games

 Ares Games (who produce the fun Wings of Glory WWI & WWII games) are going to release  a game that takes their plane combat games & pits them against Wellsian Martian Tripods;

“Wings of Glory - Tripods & Triplanes”, a Wings of Glory science-fiction spin off, inspired by H.G. Wells’ “The War of the Worlds”. The game is planned to release in late 2017.

As a fan of the WWI version of Wings... this looks interesting.

As I was just saying to a friend who pointed this topic out to me, 'On first blush, air vs. anti-air sounds a bit daft, but I'd slide 'interested' to 'intrigued'.'
