this guy sat on the lead pile for quite a while after I picked it up 2nd hand a few years back, a old AD&D favourite - the Umber Hulk...

Still available, by the way, from Mirliton in Italy.  Look in their "Nightmares" range, it's the old Grenadier Cthulhu range with some D&D monsters mixed in.
