I converted this guy back some time ago, but I'd thought I'd share.  The 'basis' is the Reaper Clay Golem.  I have to think the sculpter was thinking 'hulk' all the way though...

I added his hair, a ripped up shirt, and lengthened his pants.  The pants really aren't as pink in real life...that darn reddish color always screws my camera up...They are more of a purplish/lavender.

nice!  well done on the sculpting of the tattered clothes!  I got the mini and the nappy looks a bit funny...
