Of God's And Mortal's WIP Irish myth
« on: 20 April 2023, 03:19:46 PM »
hello all!  Long time lurker first time posting!  I have begun work on my Fomorian warriors for my Of God's And Mortal's army today and thought I'd share my WIP.
Some are from Alternative Armies and the rest Northstar, I still have my champion, wizard and a creature to arrive in the post to round out the army.  They are going to be lead by Warlord Games Baylor from the Slaine range whom I bought and painted last year. I've painted half of them in Plaguebearer Flesh contrast and the others in Orruk Flesh contrast paint.

Nice start there. I'll follow your progress with interest as I too
like Irish Myth.
Have you seen, are you aware of the work of James Fitzpatrick?

He is what makes me want to do Irish Myth as a wargame.

Thanks, yes I am aware of that artists work.  Lucid Eye do a range of miniatures based in some of his art work.  In fact my God for my human Celtic army is lead by his version of Nuada
