Nice. I love the camo. Are they forthcoming figures?

Is that the same Dixon miniatures manufacturer infamous for their "Pumpkinheads"? If so, what an amazing improvement with those figures. And superb work both on the Feldgrau and the camo pants. The latter are particularly nice.

lol

I was thinking the very same thing.
Your paint job has made transformed these clunky figures into something special.
Nice work  :)

Nice painting. When will these figures be available? I've always liked Dixon figures.

Nice, but the weapons look a little bit "iffy". The poses, on the other hand, are neat.

They are fairly new and they are on release.

As for the weapons being 'iffy' I feel it's a part of the style of sculpt.

I'd like to see a comparison with other figures though. I'm suspecting the excellent paintjob hides a lot of the incompatibilities with other ranges.

It's a pity I had to send them to Trev, I could have taken some comparison shots and posted them. I have a variety of WW2 Germans but as far as I remember they compare well with Artizan and maybe Black Tree. As far as detail and proportion go they are about the Artizan mark. Dixon seem to produce figures that are of a form I happen to like. The only drawback would be they only have two sets and as yet I don't know if Trev intends to produce more.
