A while back I started an Imaginations 30 Years War campaign, I have set up a blog to record our battles and all the other goings-on on my imaginary continent. It covers al the political, theological and economic affairs of the conflict is a light-hearted manner. We are using Pikemans Lament for skirmishes and Tercio for larger battles. We are into out second year of the campaign and things are really getting going now that the fleets are getting involved.

Sounds great, I'll go give it a read. If any conflict needs some lightening of the heart it's the Thirty Years War. I love the period, but reading too much about it at a time just makes me wanna put the book away and curl up in my bed.
