Just spotted this thread, and although it's too late now I would add Museum Miniatures into the list of casters.
They cast for a few small firms, but they have their own vulcanising press so in the past have also made moulds for people. We actually had a few hundred Thor's hammers cast a couple of decades ago (long story) and a couple of thousand Viking pennies, so he doesn't just do figures.
