Wargaming New Years Resolutions?

Of course I’d like to stop buying things and paint all of my miniatures  , but I am (a little) more realistically resolved on doing something with two campaigns, one ongoing (with 1/72 fantasy figures) and one planned (with 40mm 18th C imagi-nations).  While both would benefit from more painting, they both have the virtue of having enough done to move forward with.

The past few years, I've  focused on two or three 'major' projects. I try not to buy anything unless related to those projects. Overall it keeps me more on track and accountable.

My planned projects this year include Oathmark, VSF and Star Wars Legion.

This year I'm aiming to get my WWI Germans and Wild West figures done (90 figures combined). I have some Walking Dead All Out War to finish also ( greyscale 30ish figures).

Aside from some of the SW Legion figures (looking for Clone Wars boxed set) and whatever new goodness is released for Oathmark, I'm basically set.

Impulse purchases will happen occasionally  but a pack or six won't break the bank.

I returned to fantasy late last year after years of focusing on science fiction and modern stuff.

My main goal, therefore, is going to be getting some units done for Oathmark, as well as filling out some of the gaps in adventurers and bad guys for Rangers of Shadow Deep and other fantasy skirmish.

There's a load of scenery to be made, although mostly small scatter stuff

How long this lasts before my inner squirrel points elsewhere, however, is anybody's guess
