I am using the Vampire cards from Count Carialis Curse in this campaign, but the card I drew didn't have any effect on this game (the vampire was unable to cross running water).
The bonus HP was a one-off thing for this scenario to stop the vampire being killed too easily by an exploding globe!

Basically I'd already started writing the next scenario and if the vampire didn't escape I'd have to go back to the drawing board.
