Thank you for the continued positive comments! I'm really getting into my stride on these now. Here is the first unit of Bowmen. They will be 'Expert' under our lists, although I can't help but wonder if, for this period, 'Expert' longbows should actually just be better fighters rather than better marksmen (e.g. upping their Attack value to 5+ rather than 6). I've read a few bits recently suggesting that archers were probably quite important to the melee phase of a Wars of the Roses fight as they'd pile in with whatever hand-to-hand weapons they had into the general swirling 'pub car park brawl' that these affairs seem to have been. But what do I know? I probably need to shut up and read a lot more before making such suggestions!

Anyway, I enjoyed painting these. Light cavalry next - haven't painted horses in a while, so that could be interesting!
