Recruiting game
« on: 05 March 2022, 03:03:38 AM »
A local couple came around to try out 10mm a week or so ago; Lee and I umpired and let them thump each other with Normans and Byzantines in Sicily. I think we may be seeing them again; they had actually looked at the rules, which is unusual for first-timers.

Byzantine victory, Spanish player. The Thai, leading the Normans, was badly wrong-footed when an advance party of Bretons recoiled through the best Norman horse and left everyone in hopeless disorder before a Roman charge. Both sides have clearly got some idea of the use of support, though they need to master the details.
The laws of probability do not apply to my dice in wargames or to my finesses in bridge.

Good looking game FK - and good work on bringing in new recruits!

Compact storage is one of the many virtues of 10mm!

It has to be an accident, but the newbies have just bought a condo one street away. We may be seeing a lot of them.
