Hi there,late to the party as usual I’m trying to find where the core rules and Russo/Japanese lists are available. Has anyone any suggestions please

You will have to ask Björn directly about rules availability, a reprint is planned but I don't know timescales. Currently it is only on the 2nd hand market (but very infrequently now).

The Russo Japanese "expansion" can be found via the wayback machine:

The only T&T "lists" I can recall are from a game featured on the excellent Blenheim to Berlin blog (Bill5549);
