Want to buy a copy of Triumph and Tragedy

I downloaded a copy of the Triumph and Tragedy notes for the German Revolution and now I would like to find a copy of the core rules so that I can play the Germany 1918-1923 period. I have checked the vendors previously listed with no luck. I am in California and am looking for either download or hard copy.
