Working on some Vendel Spartans .... 28mm metal minis and really enjoying them.  Cool sculpts by Colin Patton with many subtle variations between ranked figures.   Scale very well with larger 28mm like Victrix, Aventine, WA, Agema.    Only minor gripes are the usual soft bendy metal spears and the fact the weapon hands are in a "cup holding position"   but the cavity is usually clogged w excess flashing that's a bit cumbersome to file, drill, nibble out so the spears fit.   Minor nuisance at worst.    If you're looking for these minis there is only a  Facebook page for Thistle & Rose - that have bought the line.
