Here's a wip shot of the unit, as it reforms. The new grenadiers and other recruits are in place, and I have given everything a highlight. Grouting tonight, and it'll be off for flocking, soon.

Flags are better the way you did them - I never seemed to get the billowing effect well.

Thanks- I used your original flags. I steamed the Colonels colours apart and reglued it.

Whilst the glue is still damp, I twist the flags around cocktail sticks or paint brush handles to get the billows, which stay in that shape as the glue dries. Then I distress and highlight the edges of the flags.
