Does anyone have recommendations based on experience for 3D printing services for miniatures out of the US or Canada?

Sure thing! I buy my 3-D printed stuff from three main sources:

• Diabolical Terrain. Ron Weaver prints in very fine quality with few or no visible lines.

• Jarls Workshop. Rusty is a friend who has the rights to print a number of STL lines. He occasionally shows up at convention as a vendor, but I usually contact him directly when I want something. Send me a PM if you want his email address.

• JS Wargamer Printing. John runs this shop and has more than is what on his website. Send him a query if you don't find what you're looking for.

For preprinted items, Dungeon Torch provides good service.

However, is the question about companies that will print STLs or about companies that have 'ready-made' product?  Be nice to have a source for STL printing companies for those of us without a desire to buy our own printers.  Though the cost is comparatively high versus 'print your own' perhaps.

Thanks for the replies. Yes I should have been more clear originally. It was in regards to companies that will print STLs as compared to having ready made products.
Thanks

Yet to find such a company myself.  Had a local man who printed stuff for me but he had too many health issues, maybe again some day.  Another friend might be willing to do some prints for me but don't want to abuse the willingness.

Diabolical Terrain will print files for you, or at least he would when I asked him about a year ago).

Bob Murch up in Canada prints and sells his own figures:

He makes some really nice pieces but I've had trouble getting thru when trying to place an order.  I did place an order and received everything but the comm link just isn't as good as it should/could be.  That's been a couple of years ago so maybe the method of communication has been fixed.
