Game aids and markers for CoC in the Far East
« on: 26 October 2024, 10:27:40 PM »
The new Far East Handbook for CoC has me digging out my tropical terrain and playing two campaigns. As always it's inspired a few new projects to help us play the games. There’s a blog post with more details and images about it here http://thetacticalpainter.blogspot.com/2024/10/a-few-extras-for-chain-of-command-in.html

I put together a holding box for the figures in my Japanese bunkers as the bunker models themselves represent fortifications that are mostly beneath ground level.

While this isn’t necessary to play a game I wanted a marker for the table as a reminder for when the effects of a pregame Zero attack are in play.

I also came up with a few simple markers to help record when a unit loses the additional red command dice and when they are forced to withdraw a unit to a jump-off-point.

That bunker board is extremely clever!
