Reviresco Tin-Soldier John McEwan?

Does anyone know what the current position is regarding ordering from John at Reviresco/Tin-Soldier?

Nothing on TMP currently to say there is an issue (lots of historical problems but none recent). I have been trying to make an order but the webstore is not accepting PayPal currently and I cannot seem to get any response to emails.
