Obie is a one-man, zombie-wrecking machine...! 

Partway-through, I began to wonder if you would end up with a total party kill and they would all be swamped by the zombies. So, how many re-rolls did you end up using in this game? Just curious.

He has had a very good run but I think the luck was running out. I started with 5 re-rolls. Halfway through the game they were gone  . In CRZ it really matters if you "hit" (kill) or miss. Because a miss ALWAYS provoke some counter reaction so you could miss and get hit in return by a zombie. And when a normal person only can take 2 hits each one really counts.

At one point (the Zen moment) in the game, I had no re-rolls, 1 Health left and several zombies around Obie. I was despairing but had to play the game to finish. Some lucky dice rolls at the right time made Obie survive, but only just.

In all honesty, I had expected this to be a piece of cake. How wrong I was!

Just now catching  up here.  Holy Sweet Mother Mary McCreary!     I was only kidding when I made that crack about Lady Luck.

Great reads.  And I agree about your interpretation of Obie's handling of those last few Zeds.  Makes perfect sense.

Obie already hated those damn things.  I bet his distaste for them only gets more intense now....
