Great Stuff! I'd seen this game around and it was at the back of my mind to try it then I came across a really cheap rulebook (v1, shortly before discovering v2 is coming out in April) and diving in a bit. I too looked to repurpose Skaven as black rats but they seemed a bit small so I used a Frostgrave Gnoll body and arms with Skaven heads and tails.
Enjoying the pictures and posts immensely as always!  :)

Discovered another figure lurking in the lead pile, a mouse knight, will come in handy for my Royalist faction.

Nice figure Scotty and I like what you've done with the base. There's a really curious optical illusion going on in the photo's though - because I can't see his feet, he looks as if he's both near the front of the base (when viewed from the back) and near the back of the base (when viewed from the front). Can you see what I mean, or is it just me?

I can see your point. I think the problem is that the bottom photo is out of focus so it isn't immediately apparent which way the figure is facing. It takes a while to be sure that it's a rear view of the figure. I was a lso misled by the feet being obscured by the clump of grass, which makes it appear that the figure is further forward on the base than it actually is.
