Two Reaper minis, one a Bones succubus. This one was a bit of an accident - the skin was supposed to be a deep reddish colour and I messed up the glazing. It's also over-varnished. She looks uh... like she's been exerting herself  lol

The next is Reaper's "Laurana" (sku 02621).

Then what I think is a Heartbreaker ogre via Ral Partha Europe.

Lastly for now (please do check the bottom of page 3 as I've made three posts in a row)...

A Reaper Bones dryad-  I give it about two weeks until the clump foliage falls off, it's not well secured at all.

And a set of "godless wretches" from Foundry/Warmonger/Casting Room (I forget which, but they're all Foundry innit). Done quickly with zenithal, contrast, and washes. They're only meat for the Five Leagues grinder after all...

Great new additions there! They’re all good, but the gargoyle might be my favorite.

They all turned out very nicely indeed. Some great additions.

Thanks both. I think the gargoyle was the most successful in terms of outcome vs intent  :D
I've a mirliton gargoyle on the bench to try replicating it on...trouble is I didn't write the recipe down  lol

I started most of this lot last year - it's been a busy 2025 what with not painting anything much  lol

First up, an old Julie Guthrie sculpt (Jipgul Brimstone 8802) and a Hasslefree adventurer (HFH060 Alicia).

Next, some speed painted things - a Reaper Bones ankheg ('fond' memories of these things from Baldur's Gate 1) and a batch of fairies from Eureka minis.

And finally, some statues on scratch-built plinths. The statues are from IGS minis, the plinths are made from foamboard, matchsticks, mdf bases, and various resin bits.

I also couldn't resist setting up a little scene while I had the camera and the other minis out.

The names on the statues are from my homebrew D&D setting in which all my fantasy minis are nominally set.

I agree, well done! The photos show off the figures well, too.
