Well, I have retired, so I have started to pick up old projects.

Some additions to the War of 1812, 2 more bases of Maryland Militia Rifles. And the complete unit.

Much more to come.

These look great. I really like 40mm as a scale, both to paint and  on the table. There's something satisfying about the heft of them! My current project is some Front Rank (now Gripping Beast) and Triguard AWI.

Completed 1812 British so far. Still have a Battalion of 85th, one more skirmishing light company, more Canadian Voltigeurs and 20 more Marines.

Completed 1812 US so far. Still have 2 more infantry battalions, and 8 Light Dragoons to paint.

Thanks Redshank, they do look good on the table, and the cost and the effort it takes to paint them restricts lead megalomania too!

Sensational. I do love seeing 40mm armies, it's an extra level of effort.

And with some of your US flags that you printed out larger for me a few years ago. I still have some more to use.

Excellent work Alan, glad to see your 40mils are receiving attention.  This collection is taking shape, look forward to seeing further additions.

AWI now added in too. Latest unit, 6th Maryland. This is the 1778 uniform but it's going to do for whenever.

This bunch is a rescued varnish mess. My matt varnish had some whiteout areas, but luckily not bad enough for a complete repaint, just a bit of rework.
