Taking Captives using Fistful of Lead:BB - how do you handle it?

I'm thinking to make it a Task Roll on the would be captor and the would be captive.  How are those of you using FOL: Bigger Battles (or Reloaded) handling taking captives?  Perhaps something in the rules I need to go back and review but I think the task rolls might be easiest and quickest in what, hopefully, is a fast moving game.
