Excellent, still loving your stuff.

Bob Moss/Mossy Bob is inspired.

@Spinal Tap - Thank you! Yeah, for a while I was watching old Bob Ross episodes while painting miniatures after my kids went to bed (the chill vibe being good for not waking anybody up- in our old house you can hear anything between the basement and the rooms above), and enjoyed it so much that I couldn't help myself and had to try a Cheap Dragon Show approach. Thanks for watching!
I have a YouTube and so can you!

"though, we occasionally get sidetracked"
"Clear defiance of the Volstead Act 1919"
"so don't, like, watch it after eating a giant burrito or something"
"Appearantly, someone has peed only on one side of these mountains. [...] It's like an enormous giant just had to relieve itself all over the landscape. And if you are painting a fantasy background that's just fine."

 lol lol lol

Another lovely video. And a nice painting too! My only suggestion for improvement would be that you look more often into the camera while speaking, the head looks a bit too high.

Already a year passed? That was a quick year. Happy anniversary! I hope you will bring us joy and laugh (and hobby stuff) for many more years!

Thanks, Mikai!

And yes- you are right about not looking into the camera enough- it's definitely something I've noticed, just a question of balancing a handful of (literally) moving parts at the same time. I'll try to do better on that in the next one! Glad you enjoyed it!

The start of that video was a little slow.  After the second minute, or so, it really picked up.  I nearly fell out of my chair laughing, multiple times.  Bob Moss/Mossy Bob, was really fantastic.  You nailed the Bob Ross vibe/style, better than I ever thought possible.

I love that you suggested the painting could be used as a DM Screen.  I suspect my thread on making a custom DM Screen inspired that suggestion -- THANK YOU!  As a Custom DM Screen, I thought it was an absolute Home Run!  It was very artistic, easy to make, even for those of us who need a Mossy Bob approach to create anything resembling "art".  I really doubted it would look good, until the very end, when it almost magically became a great looking painting.

Showing it in position behind your, 'Green Dragon eating a picnic lunch of Adventurers', scenery, was really impressive, showing just how effective it really could be.

Funny, brilliant, a nice homage to Bob Ross and his life's work...  That was pure genius, on several levels.  I think the composition, and message, were your best work so far.  The slow opening was the only let-down.  Keep up the great work -- I love it!!!  Cheers!

Thanks, SgtSlag! I'm glad you enjoyed it and I genuinely appreciate the constructive feedback re: the opening couple of minutes. It's always good to hear different takes on how to improve. Thanks!

And yes, I can say I likely never would have made the backdrop if not for things I've seen on this forum such as Homemade GM screens and really nicely composed photos of miniatures in front of backdrops- thanks to you and all who post here! It's very inspirational!

Cheers!
