Any Japanese style mechas for 6mm (1/285, 1/300) sci-fi?

While wathing ABSOLUTELY AMAZING series "RahXephon" ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RahXephon ) I was wandering are there any japanese style mechas suitable for 6mm sci-fi? I've bought an WizKinds Atlas mecha for my 6mm sci-fi but he is american style. Does any RahXephon ar Evangelion mechas?

Very informative post :)

It was quicker and easier than saying 'eee, I like that, let me just dash and grab my wallet...'

On the Evengelion front, the gashaphon (sp?) series might be worth looking at?
